Inventory gives us a true picture of what we have, where it is, what condition it is in, and what needs attention. Branch inventories include - Yard Inventory/Check - Fleet locate inventory - Tire Inventory - Side Skirt inventory - Parts Inventory - Branch safety audit inventory - Yard Truck Maintenance / PM inventory All completed inventories should be properly labeled and saved in the appropriate branch folders with accurate completion dates. Dashboard Option 2. Master idle refreshable ## *Option 1: Master Idle Refreshable * Locate the master idle refreshable in your rom folder. Once opened and refreshed, click on the "Inventory sheet" page at the bottom. This allows Operations to quickly monitor available inventory and determine when additional tires need to be ordered or returned from the recapper. ### Tire Size Categories - **LP22.5** – Includes all trailer tires used across the standard trailer fleet. - **255/70R22.5** – Includes tires designated specifically for dropdeck trailers. - **Other** – Includes all tires used for tractors (18-wheelers) and any tire sizes that do not fall into the first two categories. ### Inventory Columns On Site These columns track tires that are physically located at the yard. - **Original** – Brand-new original tires that have never been recapped. - **Used Orig** – Used original tires are harvested from a used trailer but still original. - **New Recap** – Newly recapped tires that have not yet been placed into service. - **Used Recap** – Recapped tires that have already been used but remain serviceable. - **Subtotal** – The total number of on-site tires for each tire size. At Recapper - **New Recap** – Tires currently at the recapping vendor that are being processed and will return to inventory once completed. Total - Displays the combined total of all on-site inventory and tires currently at the recapper for each tire size. ### Purpose This worksheet helps Operations: - Monitor current tire inventory levels. - Track tires that are off-site for recapping. - Ensure sufficient inventory is available for trailers, flatbeds, and tractors. - Support purchasing decisions and minimize equipment downtime caused by tire shortages. ## Skirt Inventory The Skirt Inventory is used to track the number of trailer side skirt sets currently available at the branch. Side skirts are aerodynamic panels installed along the sides of trailers to improve fuel efficiency by reducing wind resistance. ![](https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/Boual1St2TQIYsn8_cLKJ/Li_j2c9GIJZi0TB4GkybM_screenshot-2026-07-09-103434.png) Inventory is tracked by sets, with each set consisting of two side skirts, one for each side of the trailer. ### Example - **13 Sets: 26 Total** - **13 Sets** indicates there are 13 complete side skirt assemblies available. - **26 Total** represents the total number of individual side skirt panels (13 left-side panels and 13 right-side panels). ## Branch Safety Audit The Branch Safety Audit is a routine inspection used to verify that each branch maintains a safe, compliant, and organized work environment. This includes all supporting documentation, such as: - PM sheets - Repair invoices - Service records - Inspection sheets - Any other maintenance-related documentation
